Abstract: High-performance three-dimensional (3-D) microinductors with air-core and polyimide-core were fabricated by using simple MEMS technology. Both inductors have electroplated copper coils to minimize resistance to obtain high quality factor. The measurement results show that both inductors have high Qfactors over wide range of operating frequency. The maximum Q-factor of the polyimide-core is 36.5 and the inductance is 1.42nH at 4.5 GHz, while the maximum Q-factor of the air-core inductor is 22.9 and the inductance is 1.17nH at 5.5 GHz. The series resistance /parasitic capacitance of the olyimide-core inductor and air-core inductor is 1.05Ohm/1.07pF and 1.82Ohm /0.57pF respectively at the peak-Q frequency.

下面是我EMAIL投稿時給編輯的信件模板：

編輯處理稿件（with editor)：這個狀態(tài)一般出現(xiàn)在兩個星期之類，時間比較短，主要看編輯的處理情況，如果在投稿的時候沒有要求選擇編輯，稿件就先到主編那，主編會分派給別的編輯。不過有的期刊也許沒有這個狀態(tài)，直接到“審稿（under review)”狀態(tài)。如果期刊有“編輯處理稿件（with editor)”狀態(tài)，如果在投稿四個星期后還沒出現(xiàn)這個“with editor”狀態(tài)，最好和主編聯(lián)系。
審稿（under review)：這個狀態(tài)是一個漫長的過程，主要看審稿人。如果被邀請的審稿人不想審，就會decline，編輯會重新邀請別的審稿人。這個過程各個期刊的時間長短會不一樣，一般LETTER的期刊會比較快。初投稿的人都希望一投稿就馬上有回復，或者沒到時間就寫信去催，這是很不禮貌的。一般來說，正規(guī)雜志不用催，到了承諾的時間就會給你回信。因此,不要一投稿就希望馬上有回復,除非你是大牛。
