劉愛蓮,女,研究員,上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院 健康科學(xué)研究所,碩士生導(dǎo)師。
1982年獲哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學(xué)醫(yī)療系學(xué)士學(xué)位。1988年獲哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學(xué)組織胚胎學(xué)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。1982年—1993年在哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學(xué)組織胚胎學(xué)教研室任教,從事組織學(xué)和胚胎學(xué)的教學(xué)和科研工作。1993-1994年在加拿大埃爾伯塔大學(xué)解剖和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)教研室做訪問學(xué)者。1994年至1995年,在美國韋恩大學(xué)解剖和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)教研室學(xué)習(xí)和研究。1995年至1996年,在美國亨利-福特醫(yī)院—分子神經(jīng)腫瘤實(shí)驗(yàn)室做Research fellow。1996年至1999年在美國約翰-霍普金斯大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院—腎贓科做Research associate。在北美期間,主要從事醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究。 2000年-2005年在上海第二醫(yī)科大學(xué),上海市發(fā)育生物學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作。主要從事人胚胎干細(xì)胞建系、分化及應(yīng)用方面的研究。從2005年5月起,擔(dān)任中科院上海生命科學(xué)院/上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院健康科學(xué)研究所,分子免疫學(xué)研究組Co-PI。除從事自身免疫性疾病,包括多發(fā)性硬化病及類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎的免疫調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)理及新型免疫治療方法研究外,繼續(xù)從事干細(xì)胞定向分化研究,并將干細(xì)胞定向分化研究應(yīng)用到自身免疫性疾病動(dòng)物模型中,研究干細(xì)胞的防治作用和作用機(jī)理。目前承擔(dān)上海市科委基金項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng),承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng)。

健康科學(xué)研究所在硬件設(shè)備和科研環(huán)境方面均為國際一流。分子免疫學(xué)研究組,屬于中國科學(xué)院干細(xì)胞生物學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室之一,具有合理的研究梯隊(duì)且掌握必要的實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)及手段,保證研究項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施和完成。
