The Spleen Meridian
The Spleen Meridian begins at each big toe and goes up each leg to the spleen.
It then continues going up the body until it ends at the base of the tongue where it intersects the Heart Meridian.
Blockage in the Spleen Meridian often manifests itself as loss of appetite, hepatitis, menstrual disorders, or fatigue.
